Marshall played in the jumperoo a little on Saturday night. He doesn't want to smile for pictures much anymore. He just stares at us like, "get this over with already!"

Marshall was recovering from a nasty virus on Thursday (which, of course, he passed on to us...daycare has been wonderful so far!) He spent a lot of time just resting!


Grandad walked Marshall around a little bit on Saturday. His poor cheeks were a little dry and red!

Marshall went for his 4 month check-up today.
16 pounds 3 ounces (weight)
25.1 inches (length)

He's still around the 75% for weight, but dipped down to the 55% for length. He may be taking after his short mommy instead of his tall daddy. Thankfully, he still has many years of growing left!

We've been practicing on sitting up this weekend. He can stay upright for a few seconds before leaning forward. This morning we just used the boppy to help keep him up. He may not be rolling over yet, but by golly, he'll be able to sit up on his own!
