One lonely picture from this weekend...Happy Labor Day!

We finished the pantry remodel this weekend! We haven't filled up all the cabinets yet, but I'm sure that will happen soon! Along the way we had help from Dad, Mom, Allen, and Dan. It's so much prettier now!

Today was shower #2 for baby Marshall. Tara hosted a "work" shower for us. We were missing about 3 people due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we had a wonderful time!

Tara went all out for the shower! The decorations were adorable, and the cake (and cupcakes) were scrumptious!

Opening presents...we received so many nice things! Everyone has been so thoughtful!

Tara's husband Aaron helped entertain Marty's two boys by playing Rock Band during the shower.

The first shower for baby Marshall was on Saturday in Ohio County. My wonderful aunts and Patty Heltsley hosted. I had a fantastic time visitng with everyone! Matt and I were blown away by how generous everyone was to our growing family!

This quilt was handmade by Virginia Brown. It is beautiful!

Just a few of the "opening presents" pictures. The wagon basket was handmade by Vicky; it's so awesome! Breeze wanted Marshall to have his very own Spongebob doll (in the third picture). We are so blessed to have so many family members and friends that love us and our little Marshall!

The nursery isn't even close to being complete, but I had to post pictures of the super fun rug we ordered. It arrived today, and it is adorable in the nursery! The second picture is of the tag that is sewn onto the back of the rug.

We picked up our brand new 2008 Highlander Hybrid this afternoon! Woohoo! I'm sad to sell the CR-V, but very excited to have a new car.

We spent the afternoon of July 4th at Uncle Danny and Aunt Paddle's. After the rain stopped and the sun went down, we enjoyed some very fun fireworks! Enjoy the show!

A few more pictures from today. We played miniature golf as our last fun vacation outing! Of course, Matt won, but we both scored a hole-in-one while playing.

We didn't post any pictures yesterday, but these pictures pretty much reflect what we did today and on Tuesday. We've been lounging in our beach chairs and reading books. We did go to the movies, but really...who needs a picture of that?! :)

This morning there was a "How to Build Sandcastles" class for kids going on right in front of our chairs. Here's a picture of what one family created. It was very fun to watch!
